Cat Collars
A cat should never have a non-elastic collar. As cats climb trees and go through bushes, it could easily get caught on a branch and the pussy would be strangled. If it's elastic, that doesn't happen.
(If your cat is an always-indoors cat, it may not matter. But, if it is an always-indoors cat, there's no point in it having a collar at all.)
So, if you get your cat a collar, get an elastic one!
